The law days for the circuit division, except as ordered by the court, shall be as follows in each county.

• 1:00 p.m. – First and Third Monday of each month.

PURSUANT TO RULE 2.2.1 – DIVISION II

Circuit Division settings, dismissals, and non-evidentiary motions

• 1:00 p.m. – First and third Mondays.

Associate Civil

• 9:00 a.m. and trials at 10:00 a.m. – Second and fourth Tuesdays.

Associate Criminal – Felonies and Non-support

• 9:00 a.m. – Second Friday of each month.

• 1:00 p.m. – Fourth Monday of each month.

Small Claims

• 1:30 p.m. – Second and fourth Tuesdays.

Juvenile Court

• 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. – First Tuesday.

• 1:00 p.m. – Third and fifth Tuesdays.

Domestic Relations

• Contested ̶ As designated by the judge of Division II at least 30 days in advance.

• 9:00 a.m. – Second Friday of each month.

• 1:00 p.m. – Fourth Monday of each month.

Prisoner Arraignments

• Daily or as needed.

Criminal Arraignment Docket

• 9:00 a.m. – Every Monday.

Traffic Arraignment Docket

• 11:00 a.m. – Every Tuesday.

Probate

• 9:00 a.m. – Second and fourth Thursdays.

Drug Court

• 3:30 p.m. – Second and fourth Tuesday.
