TRAINING DIVISION

The Training Division is responsible for the research analysis, resourcing, preparation, product development, academic rigor, assessments, running estimates, standardized records management and all other matters pertaining to enhancing the knowledge, skills and abilities of the Sheriff’s Office personnel. The Training Division is the standard bearers of navigating all personnel in executing community policing in accordance with the Sheriff Operations Concept Model. The division is also charged with providing professional development training and education to other agencies in efforts to enhance the profession.
