For those employees who are in need of submitting a request for the purpose of assistance, correcting injustices affecting the individual, or eliminating conditions considered detrimental to the efficiency or reputation of the Howell County Sheriff’s Office , please complete and submit LESP 132-Equal Opportunity Action Request Form and include the appropriate supporting documents by hand carrying or mail to ensure the security of personally identifiable information to the Equal Opportunity & Harassment Officer of the Howell County Sheriff's Office.
