Offenders as defined by law will be required within three (3) days of conviction, release from incarceration, or placed on probation or within three (3) days of moving into state, shall provide the following when registering with the Howell County Sheriff's Office: non-refundable first time fee of $10.00 pursuant to §589.400.6, photocopy of a valid driver's license or non-driver's identification card, document verifying proof of the offender's residency, photocopy of the vehicle registration for vehicle(s), employer information, appropriate offense information, as appropriate email and/or online identifying information and emergency contact information. Any changes to the registration information will incur a non-refundable $5.00 fee pursuant to §589.400.7. Any registration pursuant to sections §589.400 to §589.425 shall consist of completion of an offender registration form developed by the Missouri state highway patrol or other format approved by the Missouri state highway patrol. Please contact the Court Resources Division to complete the registration form.
